The hotel was very simple, with magnificent location and free wi-fi. The beds were very comfy and the triple room itself was neat and airy. Loved the lounge bar.
The bathroom was tiny.

The owners Doreen & Brian were very polite and helpful, nothing was too much bother, they made us feel very welcome. We had a free upgrade to a a family room with a lovely sea view. The hotel is in a good location if you don't want to be bothered by the busy night life Blackpool has to offer. There is a tram stop just outside the hotel to take you into the town and the Pleasure Beach although we did walk it a couple of times. Would I go back to this Hotel ? Yes. Thank You Doreen & Brian for a pleasurable stay.

We went for the weekend with our 3 month old baby and the owners of the hotel could not have been more welcoming and nothing was a problem for them. The couple that own it are very friendly and polite. I must say it was a enjoyable weekend and made better by the helpfulness of the hotel. I would definetly recommend it to people with young children as nothing is too much for them to help you during your stay. A big thankyou to the owners.
